What is Reiki?
Reiki is a balancing and complimentary healing modality from Japan. It’s non-religious practice. It works holistically and assists you to be in an original state of wellness, mentally, emotionally and physically. Reiki is pure life force energy, which exist everywhere. You can have a Reiki session with undergoing any kind of medical treatment and/or holistic therapies. It is safe and can be used for people in every stage of life including babies. History of Reiki
Usui Reiki is founded by Master Mikao Usui in Japan. He was born in 1865 and created this healing system around 1900. He shared this system which improves one’s life and trained many students after he opened a school in Tokyo in 1922. One of his students was Chujiro Hayashi who was a naval officer. He took training in 1925. Hayashi created medical adaption of Usui’s teachings and contributed to this lineage to make its way to the West. Hawayo Takata was born in 1900 on the island of Hawaii. In 1938 she had initial training while she was in Tokyo, then graduated as a Master in 1938 when Hayashi made trip to Hawaii. Takata trained about 22 Western Masters by the time she died in December 1980.

What do Client Prepares and Expects ?
Please come with comfortable cloth. All you have to do during the session is to relax and lie down on a comfortable massage bed with your cloth on. Then the practitioner put her hands on your body very lightly or hovers above your body. Experience varies depending on your condition on the day of session. Most of the people find it’s very relaxing, comfortable and feel like wrapped in a soft blanket. Duration of the session is about 60 – 70mins.
